Friday Five #15
On discounted concert tickets, travel toddler traditions, my favorite gin + more
Hi Friends! I hope these words find you as happy and healthy as one can be on this Friday afternoon. I'm enjoying the sunshine after quite a busy week—and, of course, listening to the Tortuerd Poets Department as I write away. Have you listened? Do you love it? Is it not your thing? Let me know in the comments section!
Here are five (other things) I'm obsessing about lately:
Brooklyn 99. I know this show has since ended, but my husband and I like to end our evening with a palate cleanser. Something that's a little lighter to balance out the intensity of the day. The entire cast is phenomenal, and the humor and heart of the show are bound to make you happy before you lay your head down on your pillow at night.
$5 off to Moms' Night Out: The Concert Series at 54 Below on May 18th! Be sure to check out the next volume of Moms' Night Out: The Concert Series, where musical theatre mamas of Broadway, Off-Broadway, and NYC sing songs and share stories about motherhood. It's a one-of-a-kind evening you'll never forget—use the code MOMS5 for $5 off your main dining room and bar rail seats.
Good Night Ohio. Since traveling with my son, I've made it a tradition to pick him up a "Good Night" book wherever we travel (if we can find it, of course). We have Good Night Acadia, Good Night New Orleans, Good Night Cape Cod, and now Good Night Ohio! It's a fun tradition I highly recommend starting.
